The firm was established by Mao Leang Vutha (MLV), a self-made lawyer who built his practice from the ground up. Growing up in a modest family with limited resources, he learned early the value of hard work, perseverance, responsibility and honest effort.
These experiences shaped his belief that professional fulfillment comes from serving clients ethically and providing genuine value. MLV Law Group grew from a dedicated law office into a broader practice while retaining those founding values.
