Biography

Since 2020, Ms. Kem has served as Inspection Office Assistant at the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia. In this role she supports the supervision of professional conduct, the application of ethical and disciplinary standards, and the administrative processes that underpin the regulation of the legal profession. Her earlier volunteer service at the Bar Association (2019–2020) provided foundational exposure to the institutional framework governing lawyers in Cambodia. This dual perspective—firm operations and Bar Association experience—enables her to align MLV Law Group’s internal processes with the highest professional standards.

At MLV Law Group (joining in 2024), Ms. Kem oversees core legal operations functions that enable the firm’s lawyers to deliver high-quality advocacy and counsel. Her responsibilities include systematic case-file management and organisation, coordination of procedural and administrative workflows, support for document preparation and court filings, liaison with courts and institutional bodies, and the day-to-day operational coordination that underpins efficient practice management.
