SOUR VEASNA
Sour Veasna is a dedicated Paralegal at MLV Law Group who provides essential support across criminal and civil law matters. Holding a Bachelor of Laws from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) and currently completing the professional Paralegal Training Programme of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, he combines solid academic foundations with practical experience developed in private legal practice.

Biography
Before joining the firm, Mr. Sour served as a Paralegal at Preah Khan Chey Law Office from 2020 to 2026. In that role he developed strong capabilities in case preparation, legal research, client coordination and procedural support for both criminal and civil proceedings. His work focused particularly on the protection of the rights of the accused, the investigation of criminal offences, court processes, and the resolution of private disputes involving property, family relations, succession and contractual obligations.
At MLV Law Group, Mr. Sour supports the firm’s litigation and advisory teams through careful legal research, drafting of supporting documents and pleadings, organised case-file management, and coordination of procedural steps in criminal and civil matters. Colleagues and clients value his methodical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to the fair administration of justice and the protection of clients’ rights under Cambodian law.
