Securitization and structured receivables financing can unlock capital from portfolios of Cambodian assets. We structure and document these transactions, addressing true-sale analysis, perfection of security, bankruptcy remoteness, and the regulatory treatment of the resulting instruments. Local-law enforceability of assignments and security interests is a central focus. We coordinate with rating agencies, trustees and foreign counsel as required.
