We act in and advise on international arbitration involving Cambodian parties, assets, contracts or projects. This includes proceedings under the rules of leading institutions such as SIAC, HKIAC, ICC, and others, as well as ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL Rules. Our work covers clause drafting and negotiation, seat selection strategy, emergency and interim relief, evidence management across borders, and the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards in Cambodia under the New York Convention (to which Cambodia is a party).
