QIP status is the beginning, not the end, of the legal relationship with Cambodian authorities. We provide continuous aftercare: monitoring of reporting and audit obligations to the CDC and the General Department of Taxation; assistance with expansion or amendment of project scope (requiring CDC approval); renewal or variation of secondary licenses; constructive engagement with CDC and sectoral ministries when operational issues arise; preservation of incentives on change of control or restructuring; and preparation for eventual exit or transfer of the QIP. Lifecycle support helps preserve incentives, avoid compliance breaches, and facilitate future growth or orderly divestment.
