Individuals who perform permitted activities on behalf of a DASP must themselves be licensed by SERC as Digital Asset Agents. License validity and renewal periods mirror those of the DASP (with a 30-day renewal window). We assist with agent licensing, fit-and-proper documentation, and the design of internal supervision and training programmes that satisfy SERC expectations.
