Energy and infrastructure projects are central to Cambodia’s development agenda. We provide transactional and regulatory advice on power generation (including renewables), transmission, transport, water and other infrastructure, covering concessions, licenses, construction and offtake contracts, financing, and the utilization of QIP and other incentives. Bankability under Cambodian law and the practical enforceability of key project documents are recurring themes in our work.
