Construction and infrastructure projects in Cambodia generate complex disputes over delay, disruption, variations, defects, payment and termination. We represent owners, contractors, subcontractors and consultants in court litigation, arbitration (including before NCAC) and expert-determination processes. Our work includes claims preparation under FIDIC and other standard forms adapted to local conditions, analysis of critical-path delay, quantum assessment, and enforcement of security instruments such as performance bonds. Given the prevalence of Chinese and regional contractors in the Cambodian market, we are experienced in managing cross-border evidence, translation and multi-party dynamics. Early involvement in claim strategy significantly improves outcomes.
