Out-of-court restructurings avoid the cost, publicity and potential value destruction of formal insolvency proceedings. We design and negotiate comprehensive restructuring agreements that may include debt rescheduling, partial write-downs, debt-for-equity conversions, new money injections, and operational covenants. Success depends on credible financial information, aligned creditor interests, and documentation that is enforceable under Cambodian law. We coordinate the legal workstream with financial advisers and, where necessary, engage with regulators or the CDC if the company holds QIP status or other investment incentives that must be preserved.
