After a patent or utility model is granted in Cambodia, interested parties may still challenge validity or scope through available administrative or judicial routes. We represent clients in post-grant proceedings before the Department of Industrial Property and related bodies, including oppositions, invalidation actions and correction requests. These proceedings can be decisive for freedom-to-operate analyses, licensing negotiations and enforcement campaigns. We prepare the technical and legal submissions required, coordinate with foreign patent counsel when international portfolios are involved, and advise on the interplay between administrative decisions and subsequent court litigation.
