Valuation of trust assets (particularly real estate) must be performed by TR-accredited valuation companies or specialists under Prakas 052. We assist with the selection and engagement of accredited valuers and the integration of valuation reports into trust documentation. We also structure and document escrow and retention arrangements using licensed trustee operators, a mechanism widely used to secure real-estate and commercial transactions.
