Land and property disputes are among the most common and consequential forms of litigation in Cambodia. Issues include ownership and title conflicts (hard title versus soft title), boundary disputes, lease interpretation and termination, development-agreement breaches, strata-title condominium conflicts, and enforcement of security over land. We represent owners, developers, lenders and tenants in these matters, navigating the Land Law, cadastral procedures, and the practical realities of land registration and court enforcement. Foreign ownership restrictions (particularly for land) and the interaction between contractual rights and registered title require specialized attention. We combine litigation capability with transactional insight so that disputes are resolved with an eye to the client’s broader property strategy.
