Adoption in Cambodia is regulated by the Civil Code and specific adoption procedures administered by the competent authorities. We advise prospective adoptive parents (Cambodian and, where permitted, foreign) on eligibility, the required documentation, home-study and matching processes, and the court or administrative steps leading to a final adoption order.
